Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes! Once a gift is added to your cart, please select your preferred delivery date from the calendar and our team will take care of the rest!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most suburbs across Newcastle, Maitland & Lake Macquarie. You can view a full range of suburbs here.

How will I know when my order has been delivered?

If you have provided your mobile contact number within the order, our team will update you with a text message as soon as the delivery has been made.  

What happens when the recipient is not there to receive it?

If the recipient is unable to receive their delivery, the gift will be left at the delivery location, in the space we deem most suitable. We will notify you via a text message if the gift had to be left unattended. The Gift Box Co. will not be held liable nor will refunds be issued for theft or damage of the gift (including damage from sun). A photo will be taken of the gift box at the delivery location.

Can I leave a note to add to the gift box?

Of course! Once a gift box is 'added to the cart', please feel free to pop your message in the field provided. Our team will hand write a message which will be displayed within the gift to make sure you get the credit!

Can I have my order rushed?

We will always do our best to work with you in rushing an order. This is treated on a case by case situation. Please contact us via email before placing an order to ensure we can meet your requirement.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it is final. No refunds will be issued. If for some reason you need to change a delivery address due to time of delivery, please contact us and we would be more than happy to see if we can accommodate the request. 

Are you able to ship fresh flowers in gift boxes?

Fresh flower arrangements are only available for local deliveries made by our team across the areas listed above. 

Am I able to request certain types of flowers in my gift box?

We select our flowers based on what is the most beautiful and fresh at the flower market that morning. Unfortunately we are not able to accept requests at this time.


We pride ourselves on delivering your gifts in a timely fashion. Please consider that during holiday periods we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times due to number of orders being processed.
